Overview

DOAR recently conducted a national study reporting on community attitudes toward pharmaceutical companies, assessing several issues suspected of creating bias. The survey was completed by more than 2,000 respondents from across the United States and specifically measures the following:

  • Attitudes toward domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies 
  • Key issues driving opinions of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experiences with and concerns about prescription drug prices
  • The impact of COVID-19 vaccines, the Opioid crisis, and the recent surge of weight loss drugs
