Olivia Jeffers is a Director at DOAR based in Dallas, TX.  She has expertise in litigation consulting and has supported attorneys and their clients on hundreds of matters involving antitrust, contracts, intellectual property, personal injury, product liability, securities, medical malpractice, and toxic torts.

For over 25 years, Olivia has played a lead role in consulting on graphics and presentation strategy, specializing in visualizing complex and technical concepts. She analyses key documents and advises attorneys on the most effective communication strategies that help the triers-of-fact understand complex concepts and make decisions. She collaborates with skilled media artists to conceptualize unique and compelling demonstratives and courtroom presentations and oversees the development of various presentation formats, including PowerPoint, 3D animations, and video production.

In addition, Olivia has experience developing impactful case themes and strategies for trials, mediation, summary judgment hearings, Markman hearings/trials, bench trials, mock trials, and focus groups.

Before joining DOAR, Olivia ran her own graphics consulting and design consultancy for 12 years. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Litigation Graphics at DecisionQuest (now known as TrialQuest) and worked at Courtroom Sciences and FTI Consulting.

Olivia graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman’s University and spent time living abroad in both Paris and Rome.
