Ivy Perez is an Analyst at DOAR. She collaborates with our consulting teams to support DOAR’s pre-trial research, graphics, and evidence presentation engagements.
Before DOAR, Ivy served as Deputy Director of Policy & Research at the Center for NYC Neighborhoods and led impactful initiatives, including multi-year research projects, advocacy campaigns, and the development of data-driven tools such as an organization-wide Impact Dashboard. She has expertise in data analysis, strategic planning, and conducting research.
Ivy holds a Master’s degree in public policy from Northwestern University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in History and English from the University of Chicago. Her technical skills include proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Ivy is also fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
